Birmingham based architectural firm, The Burell Group, P.C., with developer, Health Management
Associates, and contractor, Robbins and Morton, broke ground on September 10 in Fairhope, Alabama,
for construction of the 37,000 square foot VisionaryUSA.com medical office building. The owners, Dr.
& Mrs. Joseph Gravlee, formerly of Mountain Brook, are spearheading this venture through their
company, Fairhope Commercial Investments, Inc.. Estimated construction for the building, including
tenant build-out is approximately $6.5 million. Bay Eyes Cataract & Laser Center, P.C. will be the
anchor tenant for this building. Lease space is available for restaurants, retail, medical, and professional
offices.
